Upon receipt of your order I will process it and generate a pro-forma invoice
including postage. After receipt of your payment shells will be sent immediately per registered air
mail or preferred delivery type. Established customers' orders shall be processed
and sent immediately. Payment can be done after receipt of shells.
Guarantee: All shells which do not meet your approval can be returned for full credit or refund of
payment. In this case please
contact me first to arrange.
Grading of shells
Strictly in accordance with the international grading standard: Gem, F++, F+. F, Good, Fair. It is always stated if a specimen is not life-taken, eg. crabbed, ex pisce, beach etc.
Whenever available an operculum will be in place.
Collecting data
Every shell will be accompanied by a data slip as complete as I receive them from
my suppliers. Namibian specimens are self collected.
Delivery / Postage
Parcels will be sent by registered air mail. Courier service can be arranged for very valuable parcels.
Postage or courier charges are to be paid by the customer. The Namibian postal service winds no award for speed,
but is very reliable.
